AGAPE GRANT APPLICATION GUIDELINES
1) Approval Criteria:
Agape Grants are for existing patients only and are reviewed 1 - 2 times per month. We carefully consider each application and encourage you to share your story openly and in detail due to the competitive nature of the program. If not selected, applications are valid for review up to 30 days.
2) Approval Notice:
Agape Grant recipients are notified via phone or email, if their application has been approved, and for what dollar amount. Once awarded, a video interview is required.
3) Approval Not Guaranteed:
Please note that not all Agape grant applications will be approved. Each application is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4) Grant Duration:
Once approved, the Agape Grant is valid for six months from the date of approval. Extensions or exceptions may be considered under specific circumstances, but are not guaranteed.
5) Appointment Attendance:
Failure to attend scheduled appointments may result in the denial or revocation of the Agape Grant.
